Cod order takes 1 or 2 days extra in delivery than prepaid orders. because the COD order process is longer than prepaid.

Replacement /Return/Refund policy

There is a certain process of return and replacement policy.
Make a video while opening the parcel. if you receive a broken product or have any issue regarding the product WhatsApp on 7876005800 within 24 hours of delivery. After video confirmation, we will send you a replacement without any charges.
If opening video of parcels is not made we will be unable to provide a replacement.
In case of a return, your refund will be processed within 3-4 working days, if the order is on cash on delivery our customer's service team will contact you for a refund.
